These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you, or the organization you represent ("you"), and LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP ("OROTOV", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of OROTOV: the public website at orotov.com, the hosted application, the local CLI, and the MCP and API surfaces used to connect coding tools. By creating an account or a workspace, you agree to these Terms.
What is OROTOV, and what is its current status?
OROTOV is an Engineering Control Plane: it reconciles engineering intent recorded in your workspace (stories, issues, specifications, decisions) with engineering reality observed from your tools (commits, checks, reviews) and surfaces the gap as accountable work. OROTOV is currently in private pilot. That means the product is being made available to invited workspaces ahead of general availability, some capabilities described in our documentation are labeled pre-GA or roadmap and are not yet shipped, and the service has not completed an independent security review. Using OROTOV during private pilot means accepting that scope, including the possibility of interface changes, schema changes, and downtime as the product matures.
Account and workspace responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address on your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for any activity that occurs under your account or an API key issued to your workspace. If a workspace key is exposed, revoke it immediately from your workspace settings and treat it as compromised from the moment of exposure, not the moment you noticed. If you create or administer a workspace, you are responsible for the members you invite into it and for the engineering data your workspace stores, including ensuring you have the right to store any third-party content (such as commit references from a private repository) inside it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OROTOV to: violate any applicable law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to another workspace, account, or the underlying infrastructure; probe, scan, or test the service's security other than through our published responsible disclosure channel; interfere with the availability of the service for other workspaces, including through excessive automated load; upload malicious code intended to harm OROTOV or another user; or misrepresent an AI agent's output as human testimony, or vice versa, within the workspace's evidence records in a way intended to defeat the platform's evidence trust boundary. We may suspend or terminate access for a workspace or account that violates this section.
Ownership of your engineering data
You and your organization own the engineering data your workspace stores: stories, issues, commit references, decisions, evidence records, and audit log entries. We do not claim ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models or share it with other customers. We process it solely to provide the service to your workspace, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request an export of your workspace's data, or request its deletion, by contacting [email protected].
Pricing and billing
OROTOV is priced per active workspace member. The first workspace you create, with exactly one active user, is free. Each additional solo workspace (one active user) costs $5 per month. Any workspace with more than one active user is a managed workspace and costs $5 per active user per month; for example, two active users cost $10 per month. Active-user counts are rounded down to the nearest whole number for billing purposes. The pricing calculator on our pricing page provides an estimate only and does not collect payment information. Live checkout is not currently available while payment processing remains mock-enabled in production; when live billing is enabled, it will use the same published formula stated here and on the pricing page, and we will update these Terms accordingly. Questions about an invoice or a charge should go to [email protected].
Availability
OROTOV does not currently offer an uptime guarantee or a service level agreement of any kind. There is no monitoring-backed availability commitment in place today, and we do not promise a specific uptime percentage, response time, or scheduled maintenance window. We aim to keep the service available and will work to restore it promptly if it goes down, but during private pilot you should not rely on OROTOV as the sole system of record for engineering data you cannot afford to lose access to temporarily.
Disclaimers
OROTOV is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we do not warrant that any drift, evidence, or reconciliation output the service produces is complete or free of error; you remain responsible for verifying engineering decisions the service surfaces before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LETSDECODE TECHNOLOGIES LLP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, OROTOV. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if you have paid us nothing. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using OROTOV and request deletion of your account or workspace at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including the acceptable use section above, or if we discontinue the private pilot or the service generally, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to give you notice and an opportunity to export your workspace data first, except where immediate suspension is necessary to protect the security of the service or other workspaces.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as OROTOV evolves, particularly as it moves from private pilot toward general availability. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever these Terms change, and where a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify workspace owners directly, such as by email, before it takes effect. Continuing to use OROTOV after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
